Over 50 Makers/Vendors will offer hands-on learning & engaging STEM-related information, technologies, or projects for all ages.
Learn how to solder electronics!
Try painting with light or build a cigar box guitar!
Use a 3D Printer or Laser Engraver
to create a souvenir to take home!
Learn about rockets or try blockprinting!
Learn about space or innovative recycling
or video game design, and so much more!

* Donations will be collected at the FLX Maker Fest
to support the 2018 Phelps Library STEM Scholarship,
awarded to Midlakes graduating seniors
who are pursuing a career in STEM or STEAM
(science, technology, engineering, art, or mathematics).
The FLX Maker Fest is a day for DIY Making, Discovery, & Innovation!
This is a family-friendly event for all ages, and admission is free!
The FLX Maker Fest will be held
Saturday, May 2nd, from 11am-5pm at the
Phelps Community Center, 8 Banta Street, Phelps, NY.
Donations will benefit the Phelps Library STEAM Scholarship, awarded to
a high school senior pursuing a career in STEM/STEAM, a trade, or technical skills.
We welcome our 2020 FLX Makers!
We are now accepting maker applications, so this list will continue
to grow through the end of April 2020. Please submit your application
as soon as possible for best space allocation and accommodation.
