Daniel Bish

Originally from Clifton Springs, Daniel Bish brings ten years of experience in non-profit education and collection management, specializing in history and culture. He obtained his BA and MA from SUNY Geneseo and SUNY Albany, respectively. His numerous outside interests include reading, writing, music, film, and table top games.
Daniel is absolutely thrilled to be a part of such a fantastic organization and feels there's so much to offer to the community; to him, the STEAM Lab Makerspace, in particular, is a brilliant way to encourage interest and engagement. He looks forward to meeting everyone and to continuing the fantastic services offered to the town of Phelps.

After several years of volunteering at the Phelps Library and a lifelong desire to either work at a book store or a library, Alex finally got her wish!
Alex likes reading and writing (of course!), knitting and collecting yarn, and helping people find what they're looking for.

Fourteen years ago, after moving to Phelps, Deb brought her son to the Library for Story Hour for the first time... and she came home with a job! Deb started work at 4pm that afternoon, and she has loved every minute of these past years. The Phelps Library is so very fortunate to have her!

Vicki loves that her position at the Library allows her the opportunity to meet many different people. She also enjoys the Preschool Classes with Story Hour on Thursdays. Not too many people can say they get paid to blow bubbles! Vicki is a cat lover and would have a lot more than three if she could... In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family and friends and enjoys reading Love Inspired Suspense books.
